Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput, who recently celebrated their second marriage anniversary, are all set to embrace parenthood for the second time. The doting husband hosted a baby shower for Mira at their Juhu residence on Sunday afternoon for their close friends and family members.

Pankaj Kapur, Supriya Pathak, Neelima Azeem attended the function along with Ishaan Khatter. He was accompanied by his rumoured girlfriend and Dhadak co-star, Janhvi Kapoor, who looked radiant in a floral outfit.
In the pictures shared by several fan clubs, mom-to-be Mira can be seen exuding happiness in a white polka-dotted outfit. Shahid complimented her in a printed shirt and casual denims. While Mira's glow was unmissable, we loved how happy and cheerful the couple looked as they cut the cake and interacted with all their guests.
Filmmaker Abhishek Kapoor's wife Pragya, who is also pregnant with their second child, and Chef Shilarna Vaze, best-known for her role in Esha Deol's Na Tum Jaano Na Hum, were among the few ladies who constituted Mira's women brigade.
Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput, who got married in July 2015, had announced Mira's second pregnancy with a picture of their daughter Misha, earlier in April this year.

Earlier in 2017, rumours were rife that Shahid Kapoor doesn't approve of Janhvi Kapoor as his brother's girlfriend. It was reported that he wanted Ishaan to keep his personal life away from the media glare and also focus more on his craft.
