5 Reasons why Arjun Kapoor-Parineeti Chopra's Namaste England is a hatke desi love story

1.Arjun-Parineeti’s enchanting chemistry
This film brings back the much-loved pair of Arjun and Parineeti, who had made a splash with Ishaqzaade (2012). The sizzling chemistry between the two had got people talking back then. Now, Vipul has cast them again.
2.Exotic locales
The movie has been shot across 100 locations in India and Europe. The storyline starts from Amritsar and Ludhiana, gradually moves to Dhaka, Brussels, Calais, Paris and finally London. The makers have scouted for undiscovered locations and presented viewers a poetic world to fall in love with.
3.A twist in the tale
While the movie is a fun and adorable tale about Param and Jasmeet, it turns into a love triangle with Alankrita Sahai’s entry as Alisha. Things take a turn when Arjun, who migrates to London illegally to get Parineeti back in his life, meets Alankrita and decides to marry her. This twist will leave viewers wondering whom Param eventually settles down with and how far can one go for love?
4.Soulful, peppy songs
The soundtrack has an interesting bouquet of romantic, party, Punjabi hip hop and qawwali songs. While the first number Tere Liye showcases the unmissable chemistry blooming between the lead actors, Rahat Fateh Ali Khan’s Tu Meri Main Tera brings back the magic that he had earlier created in Namastey London (2007) with Main Jahan Rahoon. The groovy and upbeat Bhare Bazaar, Dhoom Dhadaka and Proper Patola have become party anthems in almost every club.

Vipul’s first instalment Namastey London, starring Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif, was a romcom set against the backdrop of Punjab and London. Now, he takes the franchise forward with Namaste England, which is a young and refreshing story that traces Param and Jasmeet’s journey.
