To put it simply, Rahul is currently having difficulty in communicating verbally or in written. So much so, that he is unable to even understand what other people are trying to tell him. Times of India has reported that the treatment for the condition has started.

According to the reports, Roy is responding well to the treatment. His vitals are also in the normal range so far. Rahul’s brother Romeer Sen said, "We stay with Rahul bhaiyya and the medicines prescribed by the doctors are working for him. He should be out of this soon. But, do pray for him."

The report further stated that Rahul's right face and arm are affected due to the brain stroke. The actor is likely to undergo various physiotherapy sessions once he gets out of the hospital, which would happen once he is declared healthy enough.

Rahul Roy was shooting for 'LAC - Live the Battle' in Kargil. The harsh weather reportedly caused the stroke. Rahul was previously admitted to Srinagar and then shifted to Mumbai.

Roy's brother confirmed the news to Indian Express. "He is recovering," said Romeer Sen. "He has been kept in the ICU as a precautionary measure. There is nothing to worry about," confirmed Rahul's brother-in-law to APB news.

Rahul had to undergo the mandatory coronavirus test despite precautions taken on the sets where he was shooting. His results came back negative.
