Earlier, media reports suggested that like most of the other films this year that opted for a digital release owing to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, Salman Khan starrer Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai too will opt for an OTT release. However, the makers of the film have denied that they will go for a digital release and reconfirmed that the much-awaited movie will be released in the theatres on Eid 2021.

Tweeting about the same, critic and trade analyst Taran Adarsh tweeted calling Radhe OTT release rumours as baseless, he wrote, "#RADHE #OTT RUMOURS BASELESS... There was speculation in the *exhibition sector* that #Radhe - starring #SalmanKhan - will skip theatrical release... Will stream on #OTT directly... FALSE... The producers are clear, #Radhe will release in *cinemas*, eyes #Eid2021 release (sic)."

Meanwhile, after Salman Khan and his family isolated themselves following staff members testing positive for coronavirus, reports suggested that the superstar and his family tested negative for Covid-19.

The actor and his family members underwent Covid-19 test after his personal driver and two staff members tested positive for novel coronavirus, according to an earlier report in the India Today website. However, Salman and his family tested negative on Thursday, as per the same report.
