Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has announced that the Bangalore edition of TCS IT Wiz - India’s biggest inter school IT Quiz — will be held on Wednesday at Chowdaiah Memorial Hall, Vyalikaval (Near Sankey Tank), Bangalore.

The Bangalore edition is open to school students studying in Class 8-12 (including PU students). There is no entry fee. Each institution is allowed to field a maximum of eight teams of two-members each in the event.

The regional rounds of TCS IT Wiz 2011 will be held in 12 cities: Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Coimbatore, Pune, Kolkata, Bhubaneswar, Kochi, Lucknow, Delhi and Mumbai. The regional rounds will be followed by a national finals in December where the winning teams from the 12 regional rounds will compete for TCS IT Wiz national champion title.
