The court, on November 23, 2011, had directed KMF to frame alleged charges against Gowda in 30 days and complete the enquiry in 60 days. It also directed the federation to appoint a new managing director in 60 days while listening to a batch of petitions.

KMF suspended Gowda after the court’s direction.
