Gandhi, in her complaint, had alleged that the producer had agreed to pay her Rs4 lakh before the completion of the shooting schedule of the film Nee Illadhe, but had reneged on that promise. The film is set for release on Friday, and Gandhi had sought a stay on its release.

Following the agreement, the court disposed of the case. Under the terms of the compromise, Gandhi will get the distribution rights of Nee Illadhe in South Canara and Hyderabad Karnataka.

A maximum of Rs4 lakh will go to the actress as per the agreement. In case more money is generated from these two regions, the producer will benefit from it.
