Karnataka high court rejected the bail application of Goverdhan Murthy, prime accused in the murder of Kannada actor, Vinod Kumar, about a year ago.
Karnataka high court today rejected the bail application of Goverdhan Murthy, prime accused in the murder of Kannada actor, Vinod Kumar, about a year ago. Justice Subhash Adi rejected Murthy's bail application which came up for final orders on the grounds that there was aprima facie case against the accused. Murthy, accused in the murder of the up and coming actor on October 7, 2008, was arrested four days later by Bangalorepolice in Kerala.He had filed a number of bail applications before session courts here which were also rejected.
