Kannada actress arrested for 'attempted prostitution'

The name of the actress, who was detained yesterday, was not provided.A 40-year-old woman, a pimp, who had acted in two teleserials, and two men were also taken into custody, police said.The trio was detained when they came to a hotel along with the actress for allegedly helping her indulge in prostitution, police added.Another accused fled from the scene, they said.
