Former minister and sitting MLA BZ Zameer Ahmed Khan moved the high court on Friday, challenging a chargesheet filed against him in a highway robbery case. The Janata Dal (Secular) leader said the case was the result of a political conspiracy. The high court would take up the case for hearing on February 14.
