Decomposed body of woman found near Kadugodi police station

A decomposed body of an unidentified woman was found in an eucalyptus grove near Chikkabanahalli in Kadugodi police station limits on Saturday night.

The woman is aged around 22 years. Police said that a security guard Muniraju found the body on Saturday night and informed the police. The police rushed to the spot and examined scene. Later, the body was sent for post mortem.

"There are no much details about the women and we could not make out the reason for her death as the body was decomposed. However, circumstantial evidence suggest that its a murder and we have taken up a murder case. Efforts are on to establish her identity," the police added.

The Kadugodi police have registered a murder case and are investigating.
