A local court today issued a non-bailable warrant against Karnataka tourism minister G Janardhana Reddy in a case related to alleged illegal mining.     Judicial magistrate first class KK Amarnath at Sandur in Bellary district ordered that Reddy, a mining magnate, appear before it on or before May 28.     This is the third NBW issued by the JMFC since December last year against Reddy on a case by another mine owner Tappal Narayana Reddy, accusing him of altering border markings on the Karnataka-Andhra Pradesh mining areas.     The Karnataka government a few months ago decided to withdraw the case, but Narayana Reddy challenged it.
