ANALYSIS
Twenty years of America's presence in Afghanistan turned into an international joke in an instant.
The US fled Afghanistan at midnight last night. With this, the Kabul airport was also completely occupied by the Taliban and the world entered a new era of terrorism. That is, now in the name of Taliban 2.0, the world will have to see Jihad 2.0.
The Taliban currently have weapons worth Rs 6 lakh crore from the US, which is almost twice the defence budget of India. These include 75,000 vehicles, more than 200 planes, helicopters, and more than 600,000 modern guns and rifles. 85 percent of the world's countries do not have as many Black Hawk helicopters as the Taliban have.
Now you might think where these will weapons go. These weapons will now go into the hands of those who spread terrorism in the name of Jihad. That's why we are saying that Taliban 2.0 will now push the world towards Jihad 2.0.
The Taliban had given the US Army a deadline to leave Afghanistan by August 31, i.e. 12 tonight. But America's last flight from Kabul airport took off last night at 3.30 pm i.e. 20 hours before the end of the Dead Line and 20 years of America's presence in Afghanistan turned into an international joke in an instant.
The irony was, as soon as America's last plane took off from Kabul airport, the Taliban entered this airport. First, these terrorists launched fireworks in celebration and then opened fire in the air to celebrate.
After this, the Taliban completely captured Kabul airport within a few minutes. Kabul Airport was the last fort of the US Army in Afghanistan and now that too has collapsed. The airport, which was the last hope of Afghan citizens who wanted to escape from Afghanistan, is also in the possession of the Taliban because of America's cowardice.
When the morning dawned at Kabul airport, it seemed as if the Taliban had found a treasure because American soldiers had left behind a large number of aircraft, helicopters and other equipment.
However, the US claims that its troops have destroyed these aircraft and equipment before leaving Kabul. But the truth is that America's 20-year war in Afghanistan has proved completely useless.
After the night's celebration, Taliban militants held a press conference at Kabul airport and told the world that it has now completely liberated Afghanistan.
The terrorists were holding a press conference at the Kabul airport and Taliban fighters wearing the uniforms of American soldiers were posing for pictures at the Kabul airport. These fighters are of a unit of Taliban which has been named Badri 313.
The Taliban considers this unit as their special force which has the uniforms of American soldiers to wear, body armour, slippers are replaced by soldiers' boots, dangerous rifles and night vision cameras are installed on their helmets.
You can say that America ran away from Afghanistan but while running away, it has gifted a special force, army, air force and modern weapons to the Taliban.
When the Taliban fighters involved in Badri 313 were posing for pictures at the airport, the chief of the Taliban's media centre Zabiullah Mujahid was addressing them and encouraging them.
Where Taliban commander Zabiullah Mujahid was standing, just behind him stood the transport plane C 130 left by the US. At present, this aircraft is with the armies of only 18 countries of the world and now the Taliban are also one of them.
