How’s your day going?  Is it crammed with responsibilities and commitments? Research says stress could take a toll on your health. So here’s a stress-buster.  Take a moment. Think of your day as Mary Baker Eddy defines it: “Mind (God) measures time by the good that is unfolded.  This unfolding is God’s day…”The thought of God unfolding good for me today — opening up wonderful possibilities without time constraints — brings calm and order to my day. It reminds me of a flower — the bud gently opening up, steadily revealing more colour and beauty.  I like to think of my day (and my life) as a flower that God is opening up, each new moment bringing goodness, joy, order and fulfilment. It takes away all the stress because I’m not responsible for the unfolding. Instead let God’s wisdom direct you. You will find stress and strain dissolve. And only good unfolds throughout the day.The author is a practitioner of Christian Science healing.
