1. Senior citizens who want to remain healthy in their old age. They are probably the first ones on the beach in the morning because they don’t end up watching TV shows late into the night.  
  2. Fitness freaks who run, stretch and do various other exercises. These guys need to tone it down a bit because they really do give others an inferiority complex.  
  3. School children who come with their coaches to work out on the beach. God bless our school coach Cyril D’souza for pushing us to exhaustion.  
  4. College-going students who indulge in various activities including some hard core PDA. It’s amazing how many selfies the groups take together! At 6am!!  
  5. 40 somethings like me who are trying to knock off some weight because we envy serial number 2, we remember how we were once serial number 3 and want to be like serial number 1 in the future.
