The state has seen so far 10 deaths due to the disease. Explaining why media reports stated deaths due to Swine Flu but the state said there weren't any so far, Dr Raval said that Government of India has made it clear that as far as communicable diseases are concerned, the cause of death is to be reviewed by an expert committee. "The expert committee examines the case before reaching a conclusion about the cause of death. This is because many times what is termed as 'swine flu' death could be because of other flu or malaria or such," said Dr Raval.
