Gujarat Police has written to the states that chief minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to visit to enhance his security. The latter will be travelling to Delhi, Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh in the next few days to address election rallies there.
Pramod Kumar Jha, the state in-charge director general of police, said a letter has been written to each of these states to tighten Modi’s security. However, Jha did not divulge any dates or exact scheme of the security measures.
