"When I was the Union Health Minister, I found that AIIMS, New Delhi, was over-crowded and 80 per cent patients were from other states. I proposed to then Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee that we needed more AIIMS. Soon, a decision was taken to set up six new AIIMS. We made it possible," he said targeting PM's slogan that 'Modi Hai To Mumkeen Hai'.

Sinha also said that Congress president Rahul Gandhi has matured now. "The fact that Congress is able to form governments in Madhya Pradesh, Chhatisgarh and Rajasthan within one year of him coming at the helm in the party, speaks volumes," said Sinha.
