54 students of Surat derecognized school can take exam through NIOS:

The board had derecognised a Hindi medium school, Prabhat Tara Public school, run by Ma Durga Education Trust in Surat in 2016 for rampant irregularities including hiring unqualified teachers, making students of various classes sit in one room. Due to the derecognition, 32 students of class 10 and 22 students of class 12 could not fill their forms.
