Surprisingly, Satellite police have been conducting intense night patrolling in the same area to nab the gang, but, the miscreants somehow managed to strike.

This is the second such incident in Satellite area within two days. Seven cars were targeted earlier on Sunday near Vraj Vihar Bungalow. However, the cumulative figure of all the cars targeted in the posh localities of western part of the city is more horrifying, as more than 30 cars have been targeted within one month by the mysterious biker gang. Applying common modus operandi, the gang damaged these cars in areas like Vastrapur, Usmanpura, Memnagar, Mansi circle and Satellite in the last one month.

Leena Shah, a resident of Niharika society, learned about the damage done to her Volkswagen Polo car on Tuesday morning. In her complaint to Satellite police, she alleged that miscreants broke the front and rear windscreens of her car the previous night. Three more cars were targeted in the area at night. However, the victims haven't come forward to lodge a complaint.

Some labourers claimed to have seen the biker gang roaming in their area during the night. Veljibhai whose house near Niharika society is being renovated said that some of his workers saw young boys and girls damaging cars with sticks and bats. They also told him that the youths’ expressions suggested that they are daring each other to damage the car, or taking bets for their dare.

Based on the information, Satellite police have started the search for the gang.
