Follow Ahmedabad model for traffic management, CM Vijay Rupani to other cities

Gujarat chief minister Vijay Rupani asked all the municipal and police commissioners in the state to follow the pattern of traffic management that Ahmedabad did in the last few days. CM held a special video conference with the officials from Ahmedabad, Surat, Vadodara, Rajkot, Bhavnagar, Jamnagar, Junagadh and Gandhinagar cities.

The chief minister praised the efforts by Ahmedabad police and city commissioner for removing parking woes through a special drive. The CM directed them to act effectively to ensure permanent solution to such chaos. Talking to officials, CM said: “We all need to ensure that commuters do not face any issue while driving or passing through the roads across cities. The Ahmedabad police and municipal commissioner has provided the right example.”
