The Chief Minister Vijay Rupani will inaugurate Sadaakal Gujarat cultural event on Saturday in Raipur of Chhattisgarh.

The event is organised every year by Gujarat government to unite Gujarati community living outside the state and keep the culture and tradition of the state alive among them. The title of event Sadaakal Gujarat suggest the phrase taken from the Zoroastrian merchant and poet Ardeshar Khabardar's creation and that means Eternal Gujarat.

The minister of state for Non-Resident Gujaratidivision in Gujarat government, Pradipsinh Jadeja said, "Sadaakal Gujarat event will be organised in Raipur of Chhattisgarh during April 21 to 24 and more than 1500 NRGs will participate in the event. This event will be full of cultural presentation and brainstorming sessions of seminars and lectures making the exchange of thoughts possible among Gujarati community people living at different places."

Gujarat will have a special stall here, guiding the NRGs to make their investments in state. Such programme was held in Mumbai, Jaipur, Coimbatore, Varanasi and Kolkatta in past. Gujarat government holds this annual event at the places where Gujarati community is living in prominence and enable them to keep their connect live with their home state.
