Hit by the realty slowdown developers have become more innovative. They are luring the faithful investors with a divine proximity of God!

One of the leading developers of Ahmedabad has launched a realty scheme exclusively for the Jain community in Palitana, considered to be one of the holiest places for the Jains.

Spread over 70,000 square yard plot, the project will have mixed products in a scheme starting from one BHK apartments to luxurious villas. The property price ranges from Rs25 lakh to Rs1.5 crore or more.

Moreover, the developer will also provide property management services so that people can just walk into their homes without worrying about its maintenance on every visit.  Normally, devotees visit Palitana, about 200 km from here, just for a day, hence are unable to get a feel or attachment for the place. “Once they start spending more time in this spiritual town, they can feel the vibrations and get positive energy,” said Jaxay Shah, managing director of Savvy Infrastructure.

To attract the younger generation to this temple town, the developer plans to set up a library, activity room and other facilities. The project will also have a dining room, day spa, security services, medical facilities and a meditation hall.

The project, just 900 metres away from Mount Shetrunjay, is the first realty scheme which follows the norms of the town planning act. “It embodies the spirit of Jain architecture and culture making it a unique blend of modernity and spiritual living,” said Shah.

He said the idea is to create space for people, attract them to religious centres of the Jains and to bring them closer to divinity. “This project is like giving something back to the community. If wealthy and rich people come here they will also contribute in infrastructural development of the area,” he said.
