Premier Wen Jiabao will be the first Chinese leader and the 6th foreign dignitary to address a joint sitting of Pakistan's Parliament when he delivers a speech to members of the National Assembly and Senate on Sunday.

The other foreign dignitaries who earlier addressed a joint sitting of parliament are Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan, former Sri Lankan premier Sirimavo Bandaranaike, former Turkish President Kenan Evran, former Iranian President Ali Akbar Hashemi Rafsanjani and queen Elizabeth II.

National Assembly speaker Fehmida Mirza will preside over tomorrow's session.

The governors and chief ministers of all provinces, Speakers of provincial assemblies, the Chief Justice of Pakistan, the joint chiefs of staff committee chairman, the three service chiefs, diplomats, senior officials and others dignitaries have been invited to the event.

Special arrangements have been made to ensure foolproof security and no one will be allowed into the "red zone" around the parliament without invitation cards, officials said.
