India will tell Islamabad that as a Mumbai special court has indicted LeT founder Saeed and operations chief Lakhvi on the basis of solid evidence, they should be extradited to India to face the law here.
India may hand over to Pakistan the judgement convicting Ajmal Amir Kasab and press for the extradition of terrorists like Hafiz Saeed and Zaki-ur-Rehman Lakhvi, who were also found guilty by a special court for the 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks.
Government sources said the fresh documents will be sent incorporating all the evidence given to the court after receiving the copy of judgement delivered by special judge ML Tahiliyani in Mumbai.

India will also tell Pakistan to expedite its own trial taking into account the Mumbai Court's speedy trial process, which was completed a little over one year.
During the foreign secretary level talks on February 25, India had given three dossiers. In the first dossier, India, which has accused Pakistan of not being serious in prosecuting those involved in the 26/11 conspiracy, demanded that besides Saeed and Lakvi, Lashker operatives Muzzamil, Abu Hamza, Abu Khafa and Usman should be handed over to it.
All of them have been named in the chargesheet filed by Mumbai police in connection with the 2008 Mumbai attack which left 166 people dead.
In the second dossier, India demanded handing over of Illyas Kashmiri, a militant whose links with global terror group Al-Qaeda had even been established by the FBI.
The third dossier demanded handing over of seven Khalistani militants and 17 Indian Mujahideen terrorists which includes five Pakistani nationals.
Before the foreign secretary level talks, India has given seven different dossiers related to the Mumbai terror attack.
