Iran's plans to make higher-grade nuclear reactor fuel would break five United Nations Security Council Resolutions (UNSCR), the British government said on Sunday.
"Reports that Iran is planning to enrich some of their fuel to 20% level of enrichment are clearly a matter of serious concern," the Foreign Office said in a statement.
"This would be a deliberate breach of five UNSCRs. We will need to consider our response in partnership with the IAEA (International Atomic Energy Authority) and others, including the E3+3 (Britain, France and Germany with the United States, Russia and China)."
