A woman has racked up an eye-popping $114,000 debt over 360 unpaid parking tickets in less than two years, making her South Australia's most flagrant fine evader.

The 37-year-old unidentified woman heads the list of offenders contributing to the 205 million dollars in unpaid fines now owed to the state, reports News.com.au.

The woman's bill, which also includes fines for two dog control offenses, began in October 2008 and she was still accruing penalties as recently as this month.

An order has been issued to suspend her license and restrict any business with the registrar of motor vehicles in a push to recover the funds.

If no payment arrangement is made within 90 days of the order, she will be summonsed to attend the court registry or fines payment unit.
