After Panama row, Pak PM Nawaz Sharif on sale on eBay!

Pakistan's Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has been put up for sale for 66,200 pounds (about Rs 62.3 lakh) on ecommerce website eBay. The prankster who gave the ad described Sharif as an 'Useless Pakistani PM' on the eBay page in website's UK page.

The Pakistani Prime Minister has recently attracted controversy after his family's name featured in the Panama Papers leaks. The scandal revealed that members of his family were found to have offshore companies. These were allegedly said to be used by them in order to avoid paying taxes.

Sharif is one among a large number of officials globally implicated in the Panama Papers scandal. The scandal has even resulted in the resignation of Iceland's Prime Minister. It is still not known who is responsible for the act. The advertisement reads “Used Pakistani Prime Minister, No longer needed is for Sale. No box or instructions.”

The advertisement has also received 100 bids.
