US confirms Pakistan has shared no evidence of India’s role in cross-border terrorism

Pakistan has not shared with the United States any evidence of India’s involvement in terrorist activities within its boundaries, the North American nation confirmed.

The statement came after Pakistan’s Foreign Secretary Aizaz Ahmad Chaudhary claimed during a recent visit to Washington DC that the Islamic Republic had proof of India’s involvement in such activities. However, US State Department spokesperson John Kirby said at a press briefing that he was not aware of any such delivery, reported the Dawn.

Kirby also refused to comment on India’s claim that it had evidence of Pakistan’s involvement in terrorist activities inside its frontiers and urged both the neighbours to work towards resolve their differences.
