On her dead daughter Ashley’s 28th birthday, Tina Louden posted a picture of herself with Ashley's ashes in an urn on Facebook with a strong message for her daughter's 'killer'. However, the killer in this context was no other than Ashley's drug dealer.

In an interview with KSDK News Channel 5, Tina accepted that her daughter Ashley took the drugs, but her firm conviction was that dealer should be held responsible for the death as well because they sell a poison in spite of knowing that it could kill people. She also added that she hopes that her post changes somebody's life. “We live through this pain, every birthday, every holiday, it's not the same. Part of our heart is gone,” she said.

On August 15, Tina wrote this post on the wall of 'Heroin KILLS You': "To my daughter's drug dealer, this is how I spend my daughter's birthday now....how do you live with yourself??? That's all I wanna kno...I don't normally post pics like this but let's make this go viral so all the drug dealers see what they are doing to our families."

Tina may have achieved what she had posted the picture for, as her post has already been shared more than 251,000 times, and more than 13,000 people have commented on it, when this article was published. The message is however clear: there are a lot of families all around the world who are affected due to drug addiction.

According to a Washington Post report, the drug overdose mortality rate has risen by 425% percent since 1982 in the US.
