Pic of UK PM grimacing at school event goes viral
Updated : Feb 17, 2017, 04:26 PM IST
UK Prime Minister Theresa May recently vowed to trigger Article 50 and start the process of leaving the European Union next month. She said said she envisions a clean break from the bloc, including leaving the single market. She has also warned politicians against disrupting the process.
While there are debates over whether Prime Minister May is doing the right thing, she has also been steering clear of questions surrounding the nuclear industry and healthcare. But in the midst of all the madness, a photo opportunity did not go according to plan.
The UK Prime Minister had taken time off to spend a few hours with year six pupils at Captain Shaw’s Primary School in Bootle. However, what caught the attention of Twitter was the expression on May’s face. It looked more like a grimace.
This is how Twitter reacted

I've never related to a Prime Minister more than Theresa May meeting children. pic.twitter.com/1Zy5edphEf

Theresa May is so relatable. I have the same reaction around groups of children pic.twitter.com/vbT8927qIW
