Seized ISIS laptop reveals terror group's bio weapons attack plan

A laptop seized from an ISIS fighter has revealed the terror group's secret plan of developing and using bio weapons against non-Muslims. According to FOX News, a commander of a moderate Syrian rebel group in northern Syria, identified as Abu Ali by ForeignPolicy.com told the publication the black laptop, belonging to a Tunisian jihadist, was seized earlier this year in a raid on an ISIS hideout in the Syrian province of Idlib, close to the border with Turkey.

Ali told ForeignPolicy.com that the laptop and the power cord were found in a room, and was taken by him. Ali said that thousands of files were discovered on the hard drive, which was not password protected.

The laptop also contained information on biological weapons and lessons on disguise, bomb-making and stealing cars. The document on biological weapons said the advantage of such weapons is that they do not cost a lot of money, while the human casualties can be huge.

A fatwa on weapons of mass destruction found in the file stated that Muslims were permitted to use such weapons against non-believers if they were not able to defeat them in other ways. The fatwa said that the weapons could be used even if it killed all of them and wiped the non-believers and their descendants off the face of the Earth, the report said.
