Pakistani government has dismissed reports about fighter jets and naval ships taking part in military action against Houthi rebels in Yemen. According to the Express Tribune, Pakistan's foreign office spokesperson Tasnim Aslam said that the reports were "speculative, misleading and incorrect"

Earlier on Monday, there were reports that Pakistan had sent troops, PAF fighter jets and naval ships to Saudi Arabia. Pakistani Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif was told earlier that a Chinese ship would be reaching Aden on Wednesday to evacuate 200 Pakistanis stranded from the city.

Sharif was also informed that around 75 Pakistanis residing in Sanaa would be either airlifted or taken to Moqalla.
