Malala gets hate again!
Updated : Oct 18, 2017, 10:57 PM IST
It doesn’t matter what you do, you can’t win over trolls, the online version of ‘woh char log’ who feel the need to denigrate everything. Even winning a Nobel Prize doesn’t shield you from the hatred, as Malala Yousafzai learnt.
Malala, who began her course at Oxford, received backlash from misogynist bigots who couldn’t deal with the fact that a woman’s sartorial choices are simply her own.
A photo showing Malala wearing jeans went viral, and a lot of trolls fumed about her wearing a pair of jeans, heeled boots and bomber jacket with one ‘journalist’ even commenting that was the reason the ‘bullet directly targeted her head long time ago’. However, others were quick to stand up for Malala and her right to wear clothes of her choice.
Another compared her to pornstar Mia Khalifa. Malala was shot in head by Taliban gunmen for her campaign for girls’ right to education and she went on to win a Nobel Peace Prize for her work.
Malala is the most famous Pakistani and the most respected Pakistani globally. Period.

If you are not proud of her, that's on you.

Finally, a picture of @Malala where she is just being a normal young woman

It's quite remarkable how her head is always covered... pic.twitter.com/IIkTjaygxl
Well, she is just a drama queen dictated by his father.

Taliban never was against girls education. They just didnt want western style of it
More people lost their minds over Malala wearing jeans than when she got shot. Our priorities demonstrate why we are our own worst enemy.

Malala Yousafzai photographed wearing jeans and all the haters go wild. This mentality is what keeps nations and societies in decline. pic.twitter.com/5ZtuEGwA6p

Pakistan has expressed greater outrage over Malala wearing jeans than her getting shot in the head. Figures.

You know the world's a pretty sad place when more people are outraged at #Malala wearing jeans and boots than being shot in the face.
