With all his hectic schedule and possibly dozens of chefs at his disposal, US President Donald Trump still loves his fast food. On the campaign run last year, Trump's dinner order came mostly from McDonald’s and Kentucky Fried Chicken, a new book reveals.

In a tell-all book about the Trump presidential campaign, his two former aides dive into his food habits. The book, written by former top campaign aides Corey Lewandowski and David Bossie, tells that his dinner order consisted of “two Big Macs, two Fillet-O-Fish, and a chocolate malted.”

The book notes that “the orchestrating and timing of Mr. Trump’s meals was as important as any other aspect of his march to the presidency,” The Washington Post reported on Saturday On Trump Force One there were four major food groups: McDonald’s, Kentucky Fried Chicken, pizza and Diet Coke,” they write in the book.

The President loves McDonald’s, the duo write, noting that his dinner order consisted of “two Big Macs, two Fillet-O-Fish, and a chocolate malted.” Lewandowski was fired as Trump’s campaign manager on June 20, 2016.

Bossie was the Deputy Campaign Manager to Trump. They write that exhaustive efforts went into ensuring hot fast food was delivered to Trump's plane just as he departed each of his rallies.

In the book, “Let Trump Be Trump,” Lewandowski describes how campaign staffer Sam Nunberg was purposely left behind at a McDonald's because the special-order burger was taking too long. "Leave him," Trump said. "Let's go." And they did.

Trump loves to flaunt his fondness for fast food. Last year, after campaign stops in Ohio and Pennsylvania, Trump had tweeted out a picture of him eating on the plane. In the photo, the Republican was seen holding a knife and fork with a piece of Kentucky Fried Chicken on his plate.
