In order to win back its customer, McDonald's will be changing the way they prepare their burgers.

According to Mashable.com, McDonald's CEO Steve Easterbrook announced the chain will toast the burger buns longer so it will be warmer, adding the small changes will make a big difference to customers. The CEO also said that the company is going to change the way it grills its beef so that the patties are juicier. “It’s these little things that add up to big differences for our customers,” he said.

Easterbrook made the announcement during the Bernstein's Strategic Decisions Conference in New York. The CEO revealed this is one of many initiatives taken to turn around the company's performance in May. The world’s largest fast-food chain will stop reporting monthly sales results and plans restructure the company.
