Married couple wears similar outfits for 35 years

Nancy and Donald Featherstone have been dressing alike for the past 35 years.

The dressmaker wife, who has made 600 identical outfits, explained that it is their way of demonstrating how close they are, the Sun reported.

The 60-year-old insisted that even if her husband is out of town, he would call her up so that they can decide what they will wear on that particular day.

The 77-year-old artist husband, who created the plastic pink flamingo lawn ornament in the 70s, proposed to Nancy on their first date in 1976.

Nancy said that two years later, she made Donald the same shirt she was wearing and they have dressed alike ever since because they love it.
