Islamic State abducts 111 school children in Mosul to be trained as terrorists

111 school children from different districts in the northern Iraqi city of Mosul have been abducted by Islamic State (IS), to be trained as terrorists, according to media reports.

According to Iraq’s news channel Al Sumaria, Iraqi Kurdistan’s Democrat Party Saeed Mamuzini stated, the abducted children, aged between 10-15 years, will be taken to the terrorist groups' educational and military centres.Adding that the militant group arrested 78 men who protested against the abduction.

1,420 Iraqi children have been kidnapped, the group captured the country's second largest city, according to Mamuzini, so IS can brain swash and force them to receive military training.

Mamuzini had earlier revealed, after IS was defeated in Bashiqa in Mosul, children trained under the terror group killed 15 of its own militants. Al Sumaria,also reported,  500 children in the eastern province of Diyala and western province of al-Anbar, were abducted by IS.

Islamic State's reign of terror in Iraq began in June 2014.
