Taking their cue from the recent Charlie Hebdo attack in Paris, the Islamic State (IS) militant group has started a new campaign urging jihadists in Europe to kill innocents.

According to FOX News, IS has continued a slick campaign with the twisted theme, "What are you waiting for?" and featuring fresh-faced jihadists urging radicals in French-speaking countries to stay put and kill innocents.

Last week, the group released a new video titled "Blow Up France 2," showing a masked jihadist equipped with an assault weapon urging Muslims to continue terror attacks in that country. The jihadist said in French: "Don't give up and particularly don't lower your weapons, don't surrender -- kill. Today, it's our darwa -- kill them. You now have more than 4 million targets."

It is reported that the incident where Moussa Coulibaly, 30, stabbed three French soldiers on patrol near a Jewish community center in Nice took place just a few hours after the new IS video was uploaded on the internet.
