A new survey suggests that Indian and Chinese mainland parents are pickiest about their child's education, with more than 70% of them expecting that their child will achieve a master's level or above. According to a Julius Baer Group survey, 74% of Indian parents and 66% of mainland parents recorded a strong preference for their children going to foreign universities.
However, Hong Kong and Singapore parents said they would be satisfied with bachelor's degrees for their children.
