Lashkar-e-Taiba chief Hafiz Saeed has blamed India for the impending flood crisis in Pakistan. Saeed, the mastermind of the 26/11 attacks has often taken to Twitter to unleash venom against India. Besides tweeting pictures about how Jamat-ud-Dawa is helping people in the floods, Saeed has also been blaming India for the situation.

He has attacked the Indian government for not protecting the Kashmiris and he even offers to "help" all Indians.
