Narendra Modi address crowd at Allphones Arena

l dedicate this welcome, respect, enthusiasm to 125 crore Indians.

- It is my good fortune that I am the first PM of India to be born post 1947. We couldn't die for the nation, but we can live for the nation, that is something that everyone has the opportunity to do

- Leave at night and you'll reach Australia in the morning. But it took 28 years for the PM of India to come here. But I assure you that you will not have to wait for 28 years.

- Sydney is a beautiful city. Australia is a beautiful Country. We are also bound by the bond of cricket.

- Mother India has 250 crore arms and 200 crore arms are below 35 years of age. Indian youths hold the capacity to fulfill dreams. I cannot see one reason why our nation will not develop. We will move forward.

- In 1964 Olympic games in Tokyo an Indian person represented Australia, that is not a small thing.

- I spoke to Reserve Bank of India, regarding 'Jan Dhan Yogna', who said it will take 3 years, finance ministry said it will take 2 years, PMO officers said it will take one year, but I said I want this done in 150 days.

- In last 10 weeks, we have already opened 71 million bank accounts. And it was done by the same people, same departments. Did the work happen or not?.People responded to Jan Dhan Yogna, deposited money to be part of the movement. If we take up the challenge then the bad image of India can also be cleaned up.

-  I have always admired the concept of dignity of labour in Australia. This is something we need to learn from Australia.

- We opted for 100% FDI in railways in India. Have such a huge market and window for improvement. We are blessed, world's requirement for workforce can be met by Indians. But skill development is important.

-  Skill development should be a constant concern and youth needs to be developed, even if take 5 years or 10 years

- Earlier government were happy to make laws, but I am happier to remove laws. Let's open the windows let fresh air come in.

- There is a debate going on about OCI and PIO, about special treatments. I have decided to merge both . But since promises were made earlier also, PIOs/NRIs didn't believe in me, but we worked it out.

- Pravasi Bharatiya Divas will be held on the same day that Mahatma Gandhi returned to India. The cultural centre here will be functional by February and this will happen, Modi tells audience.
