Michael Brown's mother has said that hearing the grand jury refusing to indict the police officer who killed her son felt like getting shot.

A video that captured the moments when the grand jury announced its decision to not bring charges against Officer Darren Wilson, who shot Brown, showed his mother, Lesley McSpadden, sobbing uncontrollably as she stood with protesters outside the Ferguson police department, reported the CNN.

Both McSpadden and Brown's father, Michael Brown Sr., have rejected Wilson's version of events and have maintained that their son would never have taunted the officer nor reached for his gun.
