Bizarre: These women claim to have sex with ghosts!

Siam Jameson, a 25-year-old woman from North London claims that she has a lover who instinctively knew what she wanted. The only catch, is that he’s a ghost, reports the Daily Mail. She claimed that he was very handsome and the encounter lasted for an hour, describing the incident as ‘the most amazing thing’ she had ever experienced.

She claimed that her lover is a ghost called Robert who died 100 years ago. While the story is a little hard to believe, there are numerous accounts of women having sex with ghostly apparitions in various folklores. In cinema, one of the most iconic scenes saw Demi Moore’s character make love to her dead partner Patrick Swayze.

The phenomenon is actually called spectrophilia – sexual attraction to ghosts. Sian claims that she had another ghost lover. Another woman, Amethyst Realm claimed that though she never spoke to him, they had an emotional connection. Apparently, the affair ended when her fiancée spotted them together and that her relationship with her ghost lasted for three years.

Another woman who has claimed to have ghost lovers is 52-year-old charity worker called Ann Elizabeth who claimed that her sexual encounters with ghosts provided her comfort during heartbreaks.

While during normal REM sleep your body muscles are paralysed there can be certain conditions when your brain wakes up but your body doesn’t. This might lead to the feeling of someone touching you or breathing on your neck, etc or hallucinations could lead to the same feeling.
