18 suspected Bangladeshi nationals arrested

As many as 18 suspected Bangladeshi nationals were arrested in Malegaon taluka near here, police said today.

The suspected foreign nationals were arrested by the Nashik Crime Branch and Malegaon police near Sayne-Shivar locality in Malegaon, around 100 kms from here, in the early hours yesterday.

Subsequently, they were produced in a local court during the day following which they were sent to five-day police custody. 

Police have recovered mobile-sets, SIM cards from them.

The suspects did not possess proper documents like Visa and passport.
