Gone are the days when only models and Bollywood actors had to worry about their physiques. Now even the actors on television have to worry about that sort of thing and we’ve on our hands a lot of drool-worthy guys on the small screen. Here are our top 10:

Ahran Chaudhary

The winner of the 2010 Gladrags Manhunt, this dishy former Merchant Navy officer combines suaveness with a physique that makes ladies go weak in the knees. For all the ladies who want to see him up close, he is set to appear in Khatron Ke Khiladi – the Indian version of Fear Factor soon.

Gurmeet Choudhary

The Indian television actor, model and dancer is one of the fittest men in the TV industry and recently showed everyone just how fit with his mindblowing performance in the dance reality show Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa, a show he won subsequently.

Karan Singh Grover

Growing up, Karan Singh Grover was a big Salman Khan fan and would go to movies just to catch a glimpse of his favourite shirtless icon. It’s endearing that now he’s known as the Salman Khan of television and grew up to create a sculpted physique that keeps him ahead of his peers. He is very conscious about his diet and workouts and makes sure that no one comes between him and his regime.

Kushal Tandon

Kushal Tandon is one tall and charming guy who played Virat in the Star Plus’ serial Ek Hazaaron Mein Meri Behna Hai and is blessed with Greek God looks. He works out for two-and-a-half hours every single day which includes both weights and cardio. He was last seen on Bigg Boss where he seemed to get on Salman Khan’s bad side but that hasn’t really hurt his hotness quotient.

Manish Paul

Manish Paul is one good looking guy who recently made the switch from television to movies. He has one of those classic lean and tall physiques and while there’s no denying that he was a little chubby in the old days, he seems to have lost it all recently. He’s a big fan of running and even takes time off from sets to go run for 30 minutes or so!

Mohit Raina

Famous for playing Lord Shiva in the TV show Devon Ke Dev – Mahadev, it’s hard to believe that Raina was once an obese 107kg youngster. He lost all that weight to participate in Grasim’s Mr India contest where he was among the top five contestants. He took his physique to an all new level to play Lord Shiva and even learnt Kathak to fit the part.

Rajbeer Singh

Known for playing the lead character in the The Adventures of Hatim, he’s a former bodybuilder and gym fanatic, who loves working out regularly. He is an avid fun of boxing, martial arts and rugby and has been turning heads ever since he stepped up for his first show The Perfect Bride. Also, he’s a practising Sikh and also a student of the Osho Rajneesh Hindu spiritual institute.

Ranvijay Singh

When you think rugged hunk, the Ranvijay Singh is the first person who comes to people’s minds. The winner of Roadies Season 1 (when the show didn’t suck), Ranvijay was all set to join the army when he decided to go for the Roadies audition because he wanted to win the bike on offer as a prize – a Karizma! Since then, he has emerged as a counter-culture youth icon with his rugged and casual looks and off-beat appeal.

Ruslaan Mumtaz

Ruslaan Mumtaz of Kehta Hai Dil Jee Le Zara is one dishy guy and he broke quite a few hearts recently when he got married to his long-time girlfriend Nirali Mehta in a Gujrati style wedding. The actor once told TOI that he was addicted to his workouts. He does weights four times a week and doesn’t bother much about cardio because he has the tendency to lose weight quic

Siddharth Shukla

A very popular character Shiv on Balika Vadhu,  Siddharth Shukla loves hitting the gym and follows a strict diet mantra which includes lots of proteins, green veggies and low carbs. He loves his mother’s cooking and apparently can make a mean omelette as well!

Terence Lewis

You don’t really expect choreographers to be classic hot guys but Lewis is the exception. The dancer who specialises in contemporary music and has judged reality dance shows like Dance India Dance has also choreographed Bollywood films like Lagaan, Jhankaar Beats and Naach suddenly bulked up like crazy for this season’s Nach Baliye and gave the ladies what they’d always been looking for – a ripped guy who can dance!
