WATCH | Game of Thrones: 6-minute recap of seasons 1-6

We have reached peak Game of Thrones fever since the seventh season premiere is mere hours away. With numerous story lines following countless characters making the George RR Martin's fictional universe complex than ever, it becomes a necessity to enrol one's self into a refresher course months before the release.

The trailers for season seven gave the idea about how Jon Snow will have to bring all the houses in North together to fight the Night King's army, how Cersei Lannister is cooking up yet another plan to keep the throne, and how Daenerys Targaryen is ready for an impactful homecoming.

Then, Game of Thrones' official YouTube channel released a six-minutes long recap covering all 60 episodes that aired so far.

The recap starts from Ned Stark's iconic line 'Winter is coming' and ends with Jon Snow fighting the Bolton army.
