Having played characters like Gutthi, Dr Mashoor Gulati and others in Kapil Sharma's previous two shows, Sunil Grover will not be seen in his comeback show, Family Time With Kapil. But was he even approached to be a part of the show?

In his recent interaction with IANS, Sunil Grover broke silence on the matter and told the agency, "No, I'm not there in the show and nor was I invited for it." Some reports had earlier suggested that comedians Kiku Sharda and Chandan Prabhakar, who have been a part of Kapil's core team in his last two shows will be seen on Family Time With Kapil Sharma as well.

Post their infamous mid-air fight on their way back from Australia last year, Sunil had cut all ties off with Kapil Sharma and left his show. Though, post that, Kapil had also apologised to Sunil on Twitter but Sunil was apparently in no mood to let go of the incident then.

Both the actors also met up and though there's no bad blood between the two, it's still not sure whether or not they will collaborate in future. If recent reports are anything to go by, Kapil's comeback show is all set to go on air from March end.

Meanwhile, Sunil also spoke about getting fame after playing women characters. He was quoted by the agency as saying, "It's because we are in this world because of women. It's impossible to imagine a world without women. I'm connected to women in a number of ways and so I became one myself. I'm very grateful that I became more popular after playing women characters."

The comedian however chose to remain tight lipped about his future projects and plans. HE just shared that he'll be able to talk about it once he's done giving finishing touches to the project.
