Ekta Kapoor's reboot show Kasautii Zindagii Kayy 2 is already a hit among fans with the chemistry of its lead star cast Parth Samthaan and Erica Fernandes, however, the latest reports suggest that Parth is all set to quit the show to focus on his health and other projects.

Now, BollywoodLife has reported that Barun Sobti, Vivek Dahiya, and Pearl V Puri are in talks with the makers to replace Parth as Anurag Basu. They quoted a report saying, "Production might consider Barun Sobti, Pearl V Puri or Vivek Dahiya among others to step in Parth's shoes. All the mentioned actors are young and with Anurag's character taking a full swing after a point in the story, production is still mulling over their options."

However, Vivek Dahiya has now reacted to these rumours and has denied being a part of the show. In an interview, he said, "No, that’s not true."

Speaking about Parth quitting, it was said, "Parth wants to now direct his attention towards his health and the other projects he is in talks with. Ekta Kapoor has been trying to persuade Parth into retainment but the actor has expressed his wish to opt-out. The production, in the meantime, has already started to consider actors to step in Parth's shoes but are finding it difficult."

It was also reported that Erica Fernandes aka Prerna is planning to quit the show and Divyanka Tripathi would be replacing her. However, Divyanka Tripathi Dahiya had also cleared the air about the same. Erica also reacted to the reports of her quitting and said that she is not leaving and is still a part of the show.
