Salman Khan to collaborate with Kapil Sharma, produce 'The Kapil Sharma Show 2'

One of the most loved comedians that the country has, Kapil Sharma is all set to make a comeback on small screen.

Kapil is coming back with a bang and is going to do what he does best- make everyone laugh! 

The ace comedian and actor will be tickling our funny bones yet again with the second season of The Kapil Sharma Show. 

Earlier, rumour mills had it that the popular show will go on air by November. However, that's not the case.

If reports are to be believed the show is slated to go on floors from December 16.

Fot The Kapil Sharma Show 2, Kapil will be collaborating with none other than the bhaijaan of Bollywood Salman Khan.

Yes, you read that right! Earlier, the comedian used to produce his shows under his home banner, but Family Time With Kapil Sharma was produced by another house as the channel wanted so. And this time the channel has roped in Salman Khan as the producer of the show. 

According to a report by Mid Day, Salman will be producing the new season of The Kapil Sharma Show and the shooting will commence from December 16. A set is getting ready at Film City's floor eight and this is the same spot where he had shot his earlier season.

Meanwhile, Kapil Sharma is tying the knot with fiancee Ginni Chatrath this December. 

While talking about it, Kapil said, "The wedding is on December 12 in Jalandhar. That's Ginni's hometown. We wanted to keep it low key. But Ginni is the only daughter in her family. Her folks wanted the wedding to be on a lavish scale. And I completely understand their sentiments. My mother also wants the wedding to be lavish." 

The grand wedding will be followed by a reception on December 14.
